Occasional Words^TM - Speeches for all Occasions

PLEASE READ:

Once your order is approved you will be able to access your speeches in two ways. First, the text of the speeches will appear in the final screen of the order process. You can print it out or cut and paste it into your word processor application. For security reasons, the speeches will only be available on the Web page for one hour after you order. Please make sure you print or copy your speeches right away.

Second, you will receive a copy of the speeches via email. Please double check the email address you input in the order page to make sure that it was entered correctly. If you have a Spam or permission filter operating that only receives authorized addresses, please add the following emails to your approved list:

PLEASE NOTE:

Due to the increasing number of Spam emails some legitimate emails get caught up in Spam filters or corporate firewalls. This happens once in a while with customers who use their AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo or corporate email accounts. On occasion speeches received form us get caught in these filters and are prevented from coming through or are automatically placed in your junk folder. Please check your junk folder just in case.

If for any reason you have nor printed or copied your speech as soon as your order was approved and have not received your email copy within a maximum of one hour please email us at speeches@occasionalwords.com. In the subject line of the email please indicate the speech you ordered and your receipt number. We will email a backup copy.
